The Newborn Baby-Mover Instructions
The Newborn Baby-Mover® is a professional evacuation apron that can be used to evacuate up to three newborn babies with a total weight of up to 42 lb in the event of fire, flooding or other emergencies from buildings and danger zones.
The Newborn Baby-Mover® is designed exclusively for these scenarios and therefore only suitable in these situations.

Instructions Newborn Baby-Mover
A. Preparation :
- Remove the Newborn Baby-Mover® from its packaging and hang it up at a known place that is quickly
and easily accessible in case of emergency
- Protect the Newborn Baby-Mover® against moisture, heat, strong sunlight and ensure that the pockets
remain empty. This will prolong the life of the product.
- Keep the Newborn Baby-Mover® out of reach of children and animals
- Baby-Mover B.V. accepts no liability for damage caused by improper use of the Newborn Baby-Mover®
or use of the Newborn Baby-Mover® for any purpose other than that for which it is intended.
- As the Newborn Baby-Mover® may be used monthly at evacuation drills, some signs of wear and tear
may appear after a few years. Therefore, check regularly that the Newborn Baby-Mover® has no defects
or excessive wear.
- Report any defect without delay to Baby-Mover B.V. and never try to repair it yourself!
- If possible, practice the scenario described in section B at least once a month
B. If evacuation becomes necessary:
- The rescuer first places her/his head and arms through the holes in the Newborn Baby-Mover®,
with the pockets to the front. Place the babies in the carrying pockets as detailed below.
Try to evenly distribute the weight over the three pockets.
- Place the baby horizontally with the head on the side of the black mesh in the carrying pocket. Turn the
face of the baby to the open woven mesh from the carrying pocket of the Newborn Baby-Mover®.
- Close the carrying pocket with the clip fastener. Adjust this clip fastener looser or tighter.
- The Newborn Baby-Mover® is made from fire resistant material. Therefore flammable material should as
little as possible be allowed either on the Newborn Baby-Mover ® or in the carrying pockets.
- Pay full attention to the children whilst they are being carried.
- Do not use (hot) drinks or food while carrying children.
Guarantee:
Baby-Mover B.V. guarantees the proper function of the Newborn Baby-Mover® and the suitability of the materials used for a period of five years from the date of sale. The Newborn Baby-Mover® is manufactured with great care. Both the materials and the construction have been extensively tested for their quality and suitability. The warranty is valid only if the instructions for use shown above are observed. In case of defects Baby-Mover B.V. has the right to take the decision whether to repair the Newborn BABYMOVER®, replace it, or to repay the purchase price. Complaints regarding any deficiencies must be reported
in writing by post to Baby-Mover B.V. within 5 working days after discovery, the affected Newborn Baby-Mover® must accompany the letter. The warranty will be forfeited in cases of improper or inappropriate usage.
The warranty is also forfeited if modifications and repairs to the Newborn Baby-Mover® are carried out by persons other than staff of Baby-Mover B.V.
Liability
Baby-Mover B.V. shall not be liable for damage resulting from improper use of the Newborn Baby-Mover®
or use of the Newborn Baby-Mover® for any purpose for which it is not intended.
Baby-Mover B.V. shall not be liable for visible defects, which have not been reported to the company in due
time.
